Job Description

Trade Title: Solar PV Manufacturing Technician (Soldering Technology)

Industry Requirement Area:
• PV module soldering
• Cell stringing
• Precision wiring

Skill Framework for Students:
• Understanding of AC/DC circuits, Ohm’s law, electrical principles & safety protocols
• Knowledge of solar PV modules, batteries, charge controllers, inverters, junction boxes
• Hands-on wiring & connections using correct connectors

Target Candidate Profile:
• Qualification: Preferably 12th pass (Technical or Science stream)
• Skill Orientation: Interest in electrical systems, technical aptitude, willingness for industry-oriented learning

Project Vision:
• To create industry-ready manpower for local solar manufacturing needs
• To enhance youth employability in high-growth clean energy sector
